I'd spent years thinking I was just lazy. After my assessment, things finally made sense. Dr. Ishee helped me build routines that actually fit my brain — and they've stuck.

Understanding The Struggle
You’re bright and capable, but something’s not clicking.
Whatever’s getting in the way – it’s not lack of effort.
If you have ADHD – or suspect you might – you’ve spent years hearing advice that never quite fits:
You listened. You pushed. You compensated.
And when nothing stuck, frustration quietly turned inward.
Clearly, you need a different system.
A Grounded Space

Nothing is wrong with you. Your brain just works differently. It’s fast, creative, and intense.
Forcing it into systems that were never designed for it creates exhaustion, not progress.
These aren’t personal failures; they reflect a systems mismatch:
The Grounded Space
It’s a confidential, steady place to pause and orient yourself – without expectations or the pressure to perform.
Clarity emerges when you’re no longer reacting to the transition – but working with it.
A Clear Process
My work focuses on helping you understand how your ADHD shows up and what to do about it in real life – not in theory. This process creates stability you can feel week to week.
1Step One
We begin with a thoughtful, evidence-based assessment that clarifies your patterns, strengths, and friction points so you finally understand what has been getting in your way. Clarity replaces self-doubt.
2Step Two
Together, we design routines, tools, and supports that align with your energy, attention, and priorities – without relying on willpower or generic planners. Daily life becomes workable instead of chaotic.
3Step Three
Using CBT-informed strategies, executive functioning support, and emotional regulation work, you practice skills you can use immediately and consistently. Momentum replaces constant starting over.

Got diagnosed at 38 and honestly felt relieved. The therapy here isn't generic 'just use a planner' advice. It's real, practical, and kind.

I can't recommend this enough. My executive functioning has improved more in three months than the last ten years of trying on my own.

Telehealth made it easy to fit into my schedule. I finally understand why I start strong and stall. We're rebuilding that together, week by week.

After years of burnout and shame around 'simple' tasks, I feel like I have permission to work with my brain instead of against it. Life-changing.

The emotional regulation work alone was worth it. I'm a better partner and parent now. Highly recommend to anyone wondering about ADHD.

Waited a while for an opening and it was worth it. Clear process, no judgment. Wish I'd done this years ago.
